Ive been decorating so long that my first job in decorating was building cages for go go girls for a fund raising dance in High School and Stevie Wonder was the quest singer and he had just turned 13.
My original schooling took place where we learned about gravity furnaces and that is why upgrading in this field is important as this industry is forever changing. New products and ways of doing things are constantly evolving.
I am currently enrolled in the PM 1000 course which is licensed by the Real Estate Industry. This course has been instrumental in keeping up with the commercial, retail and residential market.
I have not just been a student I have taught at Olds College and have held decorating seminars at many community functions for diversified audiences
Being involved in different venues of construction allows me the opportunity to stay current. Taking buildings from the conception to completion has allowed me the opportunity to see many facets of the industry. Lately renovations and project managing jobs have occupied a lot of my time
Staging is becoming quite popular again. Staging is a process of getting a home or building ready to sell to achieve optimum return on that sale.

Recently I have enjoyed travel and love the challenge of design and working in different parts of the country. Assembling crews with unknown work histories can be very challenging but on the other hand exciting also. When a job comes together the results are beyond fabulous, well “That’s Magic!”

I am also on television, showing many different subjects of the decorating field.
You can see me the first Saturday of the month between 9 & 9:30 on Global Calgary. I am currently working on a proposal for a 30min. show in the decorating field that will be both entertaining and informative.

Enough about me the “I am this and that”

How about you? How can I be of service to you?
